Corporate Account Login

When YuChat is installed in the customer's infrastructure, various options for integration with the corporate authentication system are possible. The choice and configuration of the login method are agreed upon with the administrator and can be combined to ensure security.

Integration Options​

  1. Direct LDAP Integration — user authentication directly through the corporate LDAP server.
  2. Integration through Single Sign-On (SSO/LDAP) — single authentication with the ability to use two-factor authentication.

How to Log In to YuChat Applications​

  • Desktop Applications (Windows, macOS, Linux):
    Usually, the server address is pre-configured and displayed automatically. If you need to change the address, click the "Change Server URL" button and specify the corporate address, for example:
    https://yuchat.<yourcompany>.com

    In a standard installation, changing the server address is usually not required, as it is configured in the settings.

  • Mobile Applications (iOS, Android):
    Use the "Corporate Login" or "SSO Login" button and, if necessary, specify the server address, for example:
    yuchat.<yourcompany>.com

Depending on your organization's corporate infrastructure settings, additional verification through an OTP system or SMS confirmation may be required

Registration and Joining in a Corporate Environment

Self-Registration​

  • In some organizations, self-registration in YuChat may be disabled by security policies
  • If self-registration is allowed, login occurs through the corporate SSO system
  • On first login, you may need to specify your full name and complete other steps provided by your organization
  • The ability to create your own Workspace is often limited; users usually join existing Workspaces via invitations

In a corporate YuChat installation, email code confirmation is not required — all authentication goes through SSO or LDAP according to your organization's settings.

Registration and Joining via Invitation​

  • To join, open the link from the invitation email or follow the invitation link
  • Complete authorization through corporate SSO
  • Verify that your full name is filled in correctly (often automatically filled from the corporate system profile)
  • Follow further on-screen instructions to complete the registration process
  • After successful joining, your profile will be added to the Organization's Contacts
  • If necessary, in addition to the Organization invitation, accept invitations to Workspaces, if any
