- The call stays in the Connecting state and never connects.
Collecting a WebRTC Dump
A WebRTC dump is an archive of diagnostic data from an audio or video conference. Support may request it to investigate call issues.
Collect WebRTC dumps using the YuChat web client in Chrome — Chrome's built-in debugging page is required.
- Open the YuChat web client in Chrome.
- In a new browser tab, type
chrome://webrtc-internals/in the address bar and press Enter. - Click «Create Dump»

- Recording starts immediately — the page collects data on all active WebRTC connections.
- Switch back to the YuChat tab and reproduce the issue (start a call or join an existing one).
- Return to
chrome://webrtc-internals/and click«Download the Dump»
- Send the file to Support.
WebRTC dump collection is currently supported only in Chrome.
